Privacy Policy

This chat app ("the app") is a personal project run by Siddha Kanthi. It lets you talk to a self-hosted language model and keeps your past conversations so you can come back to them. This page explains what the app stores and why.
What we collect
- Google account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use them only to identify your account and show them in the app.
- Your conversations. Every message you send and every reply the model produces is stored in our database so it can be shown again when you return.
- Session data. A session cookie keeps you signed in. We also store the session record, including your IP address and browser user agent, to keep sessions secure.
How we use it
Your data is used only to run the app: signing you in, saving and showing your chat history, and sending your conversation to the language model to generate a reply. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers below.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the app.
- Neon hosts the database where accounts, sessions, and conversations are stored.
- RunPod hosts the language model. The text of your conversation is sent there to generate a reply. It is not used to train the model.
- Google provides sign-in.
Your control
- Delete any conversation from the sidebar at any time. Deletion is permanent.
- Sign out from the sidebar to end your session.
- To delete your account and all associated data, email siddhakanthi@gmail.com.
Data retention
Conversations are kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. Sessions expire automatically.
